Shipping
Orders are shipped from Monday to Wednesday and delivery is scheduled for the next working day. For orders received from Wednesday onwards, the shipment will be made the following Monday.
The freshness of our products is of primary importance to us.
We use ice gels to keep products cool and thermal packaging for large quantities.
We have delivery services before 10.00 or 12.00 the following day. Just select the service when ordering. Please note that the service is not available for all cities. You can contact us to ask if it is available at your location.

Returns
It is possible to return a long-term product within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that it is not possible to return fresh or customized products due to their perishable nature.
